of abuse involving employee

references this incident in his 6th
sentence, stating 'I was assaulted by the youth'.
I believe this is a 2005 incident, since there is reference that
Wendell's
Oct 2005 dismissal was related to the incident.

Dear Sirs, I was employed with the department for 10yrs.having survived
the Omar P. incident. I feel strongly that my dismissal on Oct.2005
under
the hand picked administration was unjust. In fact these terminations
are
currently under investigation, I would appreciate your reviewing my
situation. During my tenure with DJJ I was dedicated and motivated a
review of my file will indicate such. Upon your reviewing this situation
it will be evident that DJJ's legal staff were deceitful requesting a
meeting with my subpoenaed witnesses the day before threatening their
jobs. After the mediator studied the tape it was clear that I was
assaulted by the youth this had no baring in determining my fate. Know
consideration was given referencing my being cleared by Children and
Families and Metro Dade Police. I would appreciate your assistance
regarding this matter possibly righting a wrong !!! |
