	03/31/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Has anyone forgotten all the blustery big talk and promises from Secretary Schembri in his first year? Some may also recall noble words from Secretary Bankhead. Now our new Secretary McNeil is offering up statements of a lofty new mission and set of principles for the Department. This Secretary,like the previous failures, will be judged by his actions and his achievements not his words. He has failed ,so far, to rid DJJ of the very people that have been responsible for poor oversight,cover-ups and corruption. If he fails to clean house at DJJ ; his lofty words can probably be considered just that...words. ~Tax Payer

	03/31/07 Other: Could it be... If Martin Lee's "father" would had married his "mother" and provided an intact "family" and home and with proper guidance; could it be that Martin could have avoided probation and incarceration? If DJJ had properly monitored the actions of the Bay County Boot Camp (a DJJ contracted provider);could it be that the dangerous use of ammonia capsules and physical interventions could have been corrected prior to the death? If Earlier reports of problems at the Bay County Boot Camp had been properly investigated by DJJ officials; could it be that Martin Lee would be alive today? Could it be? ~Anonymous
	03/31/07 Manatee JDC: Secretary McNeil this is an outrage. Black Female Officer placed on bedrest by her Physician due to complications of a high risk pregnancy. Gargett takes this officers badge tells her to resign he will not hold her position. Officer wants to use leave time earned for absence and other officers are willing to donate time but she was again told this could not be done. Officer does not want to lose job. This is not the first time officers are harrassed about medical conditions and absences from work due to medical reason. Secretary McNeil please look into this. ~Anonymous
	03/30/07 Other DJJ facility: To the writer that commented on youth whom show female staff their private area during showers, those behaviors should be addressed immediately and not led on to be OK... Has the chain of command been utilized? If the supervisor is aware and nothing has been done, who is the next person to go to? It sounds as though you are aware of someone who should not be working in this field. Don't be apart of the problem, be apart of the solution. ~Making-A-Difference

	03/30/07 Riverside Academy: Has nine young clients that went to the hospital because of a mysterious rash... when they came back from the emergency room, no parents were called to notify them of their child's trip to the hospital, and the boys were sick enough to be out of school classes for 4 days. The boys were kept in a room away from the other boys, sleeping on their mat on top of a dirty carpet watching television while they were in there. 	03/29/07 Mandala: Mandala gets my vote for FILTIEST Place smells cou;d be from the cigarettes the boys and staff are smoking or maybe its the pot thats smuggled in and then destroyed when it finally is confiscated. no police called mental health counselors what a joke they are sooooo burnt out they never see a kid one on one always large group where kids are forced to talk about personal things and then teased. Crap award-also for lack of vocation training,education juvies don't where what they want inmates running the asylum weaker youth get beat all the time they then become hard ~Truth Warrior
	03/29/07 DJJ Policy: I too find it distressing that tax-paying Floridians must pay millions to the lawyer and biological "family" of a deceased chronic delingquent youth because government entities (Bay County Sheriff's Office and especially DJJ) failed to properly perform the duties entrusted to them. What makes the issue even more disheartening is that this was not the first time that DJJ Failure to perform has led to tragedies and death. DJJ hasn't even fired all of those responsible for the poor oversight and faulty evaluation of conditions. Again the tax-payers are getting screwed by our self-serving, high-paid state government "servants". ~Distressed Voter
	03/28/07 Other: Alexander Youth Services Center; Alexander, Arkansas; Group 4 (formerly run by Cornell); March 16, 2007 Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Advocates investigating a claim of abuse... employees failed to help the boy even as his screams could be heard behind a closed door in an office without a surveillance camera, according to a report released to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette on Thursday... the Disability Rights Center claims the 15- year-old boy was restrained on the ground for too long during an obscenity-laced encounter with staff members... 	03/28/07 Orange JDC: My heart goes out to comments of Orange on 3/25/2007. That is so true. That has been on my mind for a while and now is the opportunity to let our new Superintendent know how we are treated by the supervisors that are suppose to be an example to us. First of all I feel that our new Superintendent is going to be doing a great job. Please do not let us down. Many of us cannot stand the abuse going on by the supervisors... Yes, I have seen how hispanics and whites are being treated... ~Anonymous

	03/28/07 Other: Martin Lee Anderson reminds me of Anna Nicole. It appears that both people found themselves among treacherous characters and both died tragic unnecessary deaths. Both Martin and Anna are now being used as cash cows by the greedy people that surrounded them. I just don't see any "good guys" in either story. ~Anonymous

	03/27/07 Broward JDC: Right on Sleuth! I checked the photos on the DJJ website. You were right. Wolf is a dead ringer for Pifer.Could it be that Nobles was transferred from Broward because he suspected the connection between these two? He may have caught a glimpse of "Daryl" without a wig and discovered that "she" and Pifer were one and the same. Dora would have to be in on the scam since her nose is so close to the action. ~Anonymous

	03/26/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Nothing will change In DJJ Residential Programs until Regional Directors Tom MacFadden and Carolyn Floyd are retired and gone. They are the leftovers from the old and failed Chervanik regime.......get them gone ......they have a lousy track record. Open the doors and Bring in some fresh and innovative management. ~Anonymous
	03/26/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Secretary McNeil was recently quoted as saying that "the jury is out on the boot camp model" I would suggest that the jury is also out on Secretary McNeil. While he has definetly made some improvements and his words are encourageing ; we still see the presence in the state DJJ offices of those that have participated in the poor performance,lies, and cover-ups. Recent promotions and assignments of incompetent "dead wood" insiders in the regional offices do little to provide adequate oversight or security. Many still look to Chief McNiel with hope for reform. "The jury is out". ~Anonymous
	03/26/07 DJJ Policy: Just read a compelling article by Nancy Eckerd Hart of the Eckerd Youth Alternatives... Nancy and her family have done much to benefit at-risk kids in this state and I am inclined to support her views. This time,however, I simply can't. While the Eckerd group provides quality service; many of the private for-profit providers have records of fraud,abuse,neglect, mold and deceitful cover-ups (G4S,CSC,Premier,Three springs,etc.)... Don't reward corrupt practices with more state dollars. ~Tax Payer
	03/25/07Orange JDC: ...how on 6-2 shift the only person that can approve leave is Sgt. Holmes when the pnly think he do is giving the leave to the same people i think somebody else no the supervisor need to do that they are no professional they have there own people they like but the ones tha come every day work dont call in or come late often thats he one that their punish they never stop to tell you how good job you did... 	03/24/07 DJJ Policy: I heard that Jane McElroy finally made her retirement official. All who have observed her know that ,in reality, she has been retired for a long time (hasn't hit an honest lick in years). If the word of her departure is true, that leaves one less tick on the butt of the wormy DJJ hog. The rest of the old guard should take the hint. Clean up your act. Do something to earn your keep or join Jane and Charley. Pifer , Criswell and the Regional Directors are beyond redemption. Others might be rehabilitated with adequate direction , discipline and accountability. ~Long-time Insider
	03/24/07 Other: Frankly after learning of the familial conditions that Martin Lee Anderson grew up under I find it sad that these people and their atty. would benefit so richly from his unfortunate death. Jesse Jackson and other race hustlers as well some politicians have also sought personal advantage and publicity from this sad event. Poor Martin seems to have suffered from both poor parenting and from a brutal and deceitful system of juvenile justice. The difference is DJJ officials were expected to display professional responsibility and oversight. ~Tax Payer
	03/24/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: QAs and investigations under Criswell and Eubanks have been manipulated and compromised for the benefit of corrupt DJJ officials and political and economic interests. Detention has floundered under a gutless Pifer. Contamination,fraud and abuse has proliferated under Floyd,MacFadyen,and Feldman. For the sake of honest government and service to at-risk youth and to prevent more tragedies ; Clean house at DJJ. ~Concerned Voter
	03/23/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: To Secretary McNeil, Bob Butterworth has initiated a long-awaited reform effort at DCF. He has pledged to open up that closed department and to put an end to the "environment of secreacy". Secretary Butterworth has a good record of keeping his promises and of public service. Many feel that DJJ is much worse than DCF in the areas of corruption and deceit. Please join Secretary Butterworth in ending an "environment of secrecy" . DJJ has long devoted more effort and resources to concealing problems and to service to the bureaurcy and self interests than has been devoted to public service. You must clean house! ~Tax Payer
	03/23/07 Other: ...I don't know if Mr. Caldwell is correct in all of his assertions or not. I do know that DJJ lies and covers up abusive incidents on a regular basis. This site makes no claim that everything on the bulletin board is true... It was here that many first learned of the mold contamination at several sites, of maggots in the chow ,of the rape of a retarded kid, of illicit pregnancies, and needless deaths ,of broken arms and yes of smashed faces. This site provides a service to families and to the underdogs ,like me,that work for a corrupt department. ~DJJ and not Proud
	03/23/07 Other DJJ facility: Checking out the boys in the shower happens all the time. I have heard disgusting descriptions and comparisons from female staff at more than one program including PJCF. Sometimes youth show their privates to females for fun. Supervisors know but do nothing.Young female staff don't belong in the dorm areas. ~Anonymous
	03/23/07 Broward JDC: Take a look at the photo of Ken Pifer on the DJJ website. Now take a look at DARYL Wolf from Broward JDC on the website. The resemblance is uncanny. Just imagine Pifer in a shabby wig... Ugh! Is it possible that Ken and DARYL are brothers or sisters or whatever? Is it possible that "Ms." Wolf is really "Mr." Pifer in drag? Check it out. Perhaps this could explain why Pifer displays such lax control of the JDCs. Sleuth ~Sleuth

	03/22/07 DJJ Policy: DJJ has demonstrated deceitful cover-up behavior... That is why the Caldwell emails must be given serious consideration. The initial DJJ reaction to every question of the Department's negligent performance or charge of malfeasence is always feigned ignorance,concealment and/or lies. When all else fails the Department will generally find a low-ranking scape goat. No honest person can deny that much abuse and neglect occurs within the DJJ facilities. No honest person can deny that top DJJ officials have a history of lying to cover-up such events... ~John Q
	03/22/07 DJJ Policy: To the "Frustrated and Discouraged" person that recently expressed the view that "unsubstanciated slander" had been posted on this board regarding abusive staff at Dozier. Without this site and the reports of the "truth warriors" within the secretive DJJ programs and the reports from AUTHENIC concerned parents and youth we would have only the manipulated and controlled accounts of the Department hacks... Information shared on J4K is at least as accurate as the official denials and lies from DJJ. ~Observer

I don't believe you are a "concerned parent",more likely you are just another of the Department's deceivers. Tell us about your "research". 	03/22/07 Other: I see that only those who agree with Mr. Caldwell are allowed to post comments or information on this site. You realize that you are treading in murky waters by allowing violation of privacy and defamation of character. I've been in law enforcement for some years now and despite the experiences I've had and things I've seen, I still believe that the justice system works as long as it is not being abused. 	03/21/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Secretary McNeil, Under previous DJJ leadership QAs and the monitoring of programs and facilities has been ,at best ineffective and probably, corrupt. QAs have been likened to "popularity contests" because the favored programs usually received good scores regardless of infractions. Poor monitoring and lax investigations have led to abusive conditions,contamination and death. Are you going to allow your name to be associated with such policies and procedures? If not, YOU MUST CLEAN HOUSE! ~Tax Payer
	03/21/07 Other: From the Grapevine: Word is that Department big-wigs are lamenting about all the "nut cases" and "loonies" that post on this board. Isn't that what guilty people usually do?...attack the accuser. Rumor has it that at least one Tallahassee DJJ official has been "advised" to keep his critisism and complaints to himself...or else. Better listen John...don't forget what happened to Steve Meridith for speaking off the script. 	03/21/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Questions: How often do the DJJ "monitors" personally walk through... How often do the DJJ "monitors" inspect...? Answer: Only after an exposed problem or complaint. How often do the DJJ "monitors" provide for anonymous/confidential interviews...? Same answer. How often do DJJ "monitors" arrive unexpectedly...? Same answer. Why are so few major discrepancies at DJJ facilities noted prior to a crisis? Same answer. How can poor performing for-profits continue to obtain state contracts? Same answer!!!! ~Insider
	03/20/07 Frustrated and discouraged: I have read the "article" and letters from Mark Caldwell about his son. I am appalled that you would allow heresay to be posted on this site. In my research I have found that all employees names were exemplary and were cleared of any charges filed agaist them. This particular father seems to be personally attacking certain individuals with unfounded slander. 	03/20/07 Broward JDC: So, now that Nobles is gone what will Mrs. Wolf do? I'm sure she will continue her negative GHETTO behavior only it will be tuned up by Dora Newton, her sidekick. You got rid of him at your shop but you have another sword that will cut you the minute if you do not approve everything she wants to do and that is your other sidekick Foley. 	03/20/07 DJJ Policy: To Rex Uberman, Have you checked-out the level of incompetence in your Regional Directors and monitors? Chervanik enabled Floyd,MaFadyen and Feldman and the for-profit contractors to cover-up many infractions as well as abuse and moldy facilities. The regional offices are overly staffed with self-serving career bureaucrats. The programs are not effectively monitored in a manner to protect the saftey of the youth. Rex, please don't pattern your performance after the failed corrupt performance of Chervanik or Pifer. We need reform. ~Insider
	03/19/07 Bay County Boot Camp: The staff at the Bay County Boot Camp were operating in a manner that had routinely been considered acceptable prior to the death of Martin Lee Anderson. DJJ officials were aware (or should have been aware) that questionable tactics were being used at the facility. There had been reports of abusive incidents prior to the tragedy. If DJJ monitors had acted perhaps the Martin Lee's refusal to conform would have bee handled in an appropriate manner. Much of the fault lies with the Department. ~Bay County Deputy
	03/18/07 DJJ Policy: To Awards Committee, PJCF in Polk City has filthy dorms and stinkin toilets and showers. Walls and floors are usually dirty. Put us down for the "Dirtiest Facility Prize". Nobody beats this place at being nasty and we even got mold too. We're number one! ~Anonymous

I believe this is one of the men that smashed Justin Caldwells face into a door when he slammed it open on him. If it is, then his name is Mr. Miller!! 	03/17/07 DJJ Policy: There is an excellent chance that a really effective QA review at the Bay County Boot Camp would have acted to correct the inappropriate techniques that led to the death of Martin Lee Anderson. It is even possible the DJJ monitors or QA's Criswell failure to do their jobs is caused the tragic death. The Boot Camp staff on trial were apparently operating in a way they considered appropriate. Where were the monitors? Where was the oversight? Where was the accountability? ~Anonymous
	03/17/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: ...If QA evaluations and IG investigations and monitoring prcedures remain suspect; DJJ can not be considered reliable to adequately serve and protect delinquent youth or the public. Information provided by DJJ must be viewed as of questionable veracity. DJJ research and communications are worthless due to lack of credibility. There have been repeated incidents of theft,fraud,escapes,abuse and negligent deaths at DJJ programs without a single high ranking DJJ official ever being held to account.Even the programs with the worst records... ~Tax Payer
	03/17/07 DJJ Policy: Question: Does it seem appropriate for opposite sex staff to watch (and comment) on youth as they shower and perform other very personal acts? This is a routine activity at some of the for-profit programs like Securicor. Could J4K obtain an official answer for this question? I think this practice is dangerous and possibly illegal behavior. A stern directive against such questionable activity might cutail some of the illicit sexual incidents in the DJJ facilities. ~Anonymous
	03/17/07 Riverside Academy: Isn't it about time for a major investigation of the continuing problems at Riverside? Why wait until there is a tragedy? Much of the dirt and mold has been temporarily covered over,painted, or surface cleaned but the dampness and smell linger. The bullying,fights,staff profanity and understaffing,violence and inappropriate relationships continue. ~Concerned Staff
	03/17/07 Cypress Creek: To the Spouse of the Cypress Creek Employee, Cypress Creek has a troubled history of rotten performance but DJJ protects the G4S run facilities. One kid there even died "mysteriously" and nothing was done. Securicor G4S is a big rich company with a terrible record world-wide. In spite of all the great QAs DJJ hands out to this big-money company;your report is accurate and common practice. Profits come before the welfare of the kids or the staff. You should encourage your spouse to find a job with a more decent and honest outfit...like the mafia. ~Former Employee
	03/17/07 Charlie Crist: Governor, It appears that the investigations and the trial surrounding the brutal death of Martin Anderson will be one of the biggest DJJ cover-ups to date. The Bay County Shriff's Office and the deputies and nurse on trial were all contracted agents of DJJ. DJJ was obligated to oversee the performance of their agents. It can be demonstrated that proper oversight was lacking... QA evals were white-washed,sanitized,and obviously fraudulent. How have DJJ officials avoided prosecution for gross negligence,complicity with the cover-up of the crime and or manslaughter... ~Justice Seeker
	03/17/07 Other DJJ facility: The youth at Riverside owe the "Anonymous Truth Warrior" a thank you for reporting to this site the recent assault and the failure to properly investigate the incident. The best protection the kids have in the DJJ for-profit pits are the eyes and ears of caring staff. We've observed the deceitful and secretive reaction of DJJ officials and corporate profiteers to saftey and security violations and sadly we've also observed the tragic results. 	03/17/07 Riverside Academy: Seems like the "Sunshine Boys" Ritchie Rich and Jacuzzi Jim have some a special relationship with DJJ. Kids live in dirt and are subject to bullying and assualt while the "Boys" live large on the Pinellas beachs on state dollars. This isn't this first (or second or third)cover-up at Riverside. With-holding access to the abuse line is a violation of state law. Lets see if Eubanks,Davis or MacFayden even check it out. Don't hold your breath. 	03/16/07 DJJ Policy: Ode to DJJ Programs....Stinky toilets an dirty floors--staffed with drop-outs,kids and whores--- mold and maggots thats OK...Program got a good QA! 	03/16/07 Other DJJ facility: Young women often get harrassed and hustled by older co-workers. I had to leave a job at one facility because some of the men even some supervisors would not leave me alone. Other girls liked to mess around but not me. Our female boss knew what was goin on but did nothing. Evething is just covered over. I hear other DJJ programs is even worse. If you young and look good and not at hoe,don't ever work at a DJJ facility. ~Anonymous
	03/16/07 DJJ Policy: To Research Seeker, You got to be more specific. Are you attempting to quantify the pregnacies generated on the actual grounds of the DJJ facilities? What about the parking lots? Nearby motels,woods,parks,cribs? What about quickies that didn't lead to pregnancies? What about youth on youth sex, gay sex,phone sex,porno sex? Do you mean only during work hours? All of the above are very common practices among the staff at many DJJ programs. This is just another of the little dirty secrets. ~Anonymous
	03/15/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: ...We need to address the turn over rate... I do know that Tallahassee is working on this. However, I'm worried that they believe it is just tied to lack of money that our officers make campared to the other agencies... but here are a few more 1) We have made the floor staff powerless dealing with the youth. Which makes them feel helpless and causes chaos at the work place (work environment)! 2) We are asking these adults to come to work for 8 sometimes 16 hours a day and be verbally abused by 13,14,15,16 year olds... ~Anonymous
	03/14/07 Arthur G Dozier School for Boys: Apparently Arthur G Dozier is now in the picture for an abusive place as well. I've always known that abuse was going on there. 	03/14/07 Other DJJ facility: The corporate for-profits hire a lot of very young, poorly educated,kids to work as floor staff... Many of these marginal employees are insecure females... In some cases the young employees are barely older than the in-mate youth they are supposed to supervise and less street-wise. Placing young, opposite sex, low-functioning,staff in positions as dorm attendants is asking for intimidation, contraband,abuse and sexual incidents... 	03/14/07 Cypress Creek: I have been reading this site for a while and I can believe some of the things that are happening at Cypress Creek Juvenile Center, my spouse comes home from there so tire and stressed out from all of the overtime they have to work that it affects their job performance and family life... Out every class of new hires, there may be two that stay longer than a couple of months. It is not so much the kids that is driving to quit but the excessive overtime/manatory holds. 	03/14/07 Riverside Academy: Gus, I am writing on behalf of the residents at Riverside Academy in Tampa, Fl... We had an incident were a resident was jumped by three other residents and when the victim requested his abuse call he was given the run around. It has been over a week now and yet still no phone call or follow up by the supervisor on duty, program director or for that matter anyone from administration... 	03/14/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Secretary McNeil, By failing to effectively act on prior reports of misconduct and potential abuse at the Bay County Boot Camp DJJ allowed questionable practices to continue until it was too late for Martin Lee. Negligence in the monitoring and oversight of contracted providers has been at the core of all of the DJJ tragedies. 	03/13/07 DJJ Policy: The death of Martin Lee and the other kids had nothing to do with the boot camp model. The deaths were caused by unprofessional,insensitive,sometimes brutal, actions on the part of DJJ staff and contracted providers. Adequate oversight by DJJ officials would have prevented all or most of these deaths. Look to the Department for the guilty parties. Most are still on the payroll. Closing all the boot camps did more harm than good. In most cases (not all) the sheriffs ran a cleaner operation than the corporate sleaze so loved by DJJ officials. ~Anonymous
	03/13/07 Other: The Awards Committee has decided to scrap plans for a research project on the number of out-of-wedlock babies conceived on the grounds of DJJ facilities from sexual relations between staff/staff and staff/youth couplings. It was felt that the unfortunate innocent babies produced by such immoral and illegal activities of DJJ employees and contracted providers should not be exposed to further shame.The babies will likely suffer enough hardship without the added embarrassment of having their sluttish "parents" exposed. Any team that can rig the score board and the officials will win most of the games. DJJ reports of "progress" and "successes" and "excellent service" are generally based on manipulated in-house data, and plain old lies. There is no question that the Bay County incident was an outrage but this was not at all representative of boot camp operations... you must admit that facilities managed by the big profit privateers are much much worse... 	03/09/07 DJJ Policy: The past several years... DJJ and their inconsistent requirements have ruined programs. Providers can no longer provide a consistent service as manuals and policies are changed, Q.A. is a popularity contest. The state needs to get funds to back up all of the new requirements. Providers are broke, a non-profit provider must operate in the red in order to scape by all of the requirements. I propose that DJJ equally fund programs and not make changes for 2 years... He is lucky all that was mentioned was his role in the reporting of spurrious "research" and DJJ-aggrandizing manipulated information. Jane has also assisted in the procurment and maintainence of poor performing for-profit contractors and has protected her fellow corrupt and incompetent administrators from rightful dismissal. 	02/27/07 Miami-Dade JDC: It has been over one year since Dobuler, Davis, Walker, Shore and Wallis asked me to leave as Assistant Superintendent. I still keep up with the atrocities going on at M-DJDC. I was very motivated to improve the quality of the officer's work environment, which in turn improves morale and at the end the youths are better served. My refusal to go "along" with the corrupted regime, along with my refusal to discipline overworked, tired, underpaid officers whose lives are jeopardized on a daily basis were my nails to the coffin. 	02/27/07 DJJ Policy: The Cypress Creek posting about STDs among the inmates should be investigated by IG and perhaps local law enforcement... Maybe Dr.Turner should look into this situation as well. Many folks saw the creation of the "Medical Officer" position as just another political manuerver after Omar was allowed to die in filth and agony on the floor of a DJJ facility. With all the incidents of actual and alledged physical abuse...etc ; the so-called Medical Officer has been strangely absent from the scene. ~Anonymous
	02/27/07 Other DJJ facility: Thanks to the "Truth Warrior" for the interesting report from Cypress Creek. The facilities operated by Securicor G4S can always be counted on to provide true stories of sex and drama between low-life staff and incarcerated youth. As for lying about staff ratios;I would expect nothing more from this corrupt profiteer (don't they lie about everything?). The G4S Securicor record world-wide speaks for itself. Even phoney QA "evals" and friendly DJJ "monitors" can't cover all the mold,lies and screwing around at those lusty securicor programs. ~Anonymous
	02/27/07 DJJ Secretary McNeil: Hello Sir, I am a Sergeant for the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. Recently DJJ just sent some of your Master Instructors to our location to train 45 of our Deputies in Protective Action Response (PAR). I just wanted to say that was some of the best training I have been involved with (including FDLE)!!! We had no idea that your agency possessed such outstanding trainers! DJJ can be extremely proud that these Instructors are representing their agency with the highest caliber of Professionalism & Motivation I've seen!!! Keep up the great work!!! MCSO is greatful...... 	02/26/07 Other: Can anyone really believe any information or reports from DJJ as long as Criswell,Eubanks,Pifer hold critical top-level positions. QA,IG and Dentention should be above repute. 	02/25/07 Miami-Dade JDC: To "Watching You Every Move", I think most everyone that knows Elese Davis will agree with your feelings about her personality and character. She does,however, try to hold the programs and staff accountable. Pifer and Criswell only care about their own butts. Elese isn't as lazy as most of the slugs in the Tallahassee department offices. If you know some specific crime or infraction she committed ,please share it. Secretary McNeil will need some staff with effective background at the JDCs.
