Two moms expose abuse of youth at Pinellas JDC It took 9 (NINE!) months and a lot of insistence, but a thorough investigation was eventually conducted by the Dept. of Juvenile Justice, Office of the Inspector General. Many witnesses were finally interviewed..... the very witnesses that the Pinellas County Sheriff's Dept. and the Detention Administration hierarchy claimed did not exist...
